How to do ?
- Standing, feet hip width, belly tucked, shoulders slightly back.
- Inhale, raise your arms to the sky to grow up to the top of the skull.
- Bend your knees to sit in an imaginary chair.
- Retract the glutes forward to retrovert the pelvis (erase the arch of
the kidneys).
- The inside of the arms (biceps) are on both sides of the ears.
- Hold between 7 and 11 breaths.
What benefits?
This posture triggers a powerful contraction of the calves and thighs.
It is excellent against varicose veins because it compresses the deep veins.
The musculature of the back is fortified and balanced for a better posture of
the back.
